I didn't know anything about reflexology before I started receiving treatments from Olivia. I was really surprised by how in tune the feet are to the rest of the body. Since receiving treatments I have noticed changes in my stress levels and physiology. The treatments are an absolute pleasure because Olivia is lovely and every inch the professional. I respect her passion and knowledge on the subject and appreciate the additional areas of research and recommendations she has made, to aid my well being.
